Is there an ability to create Project Category with TestKit?

Hi,

I have started using TestKit to create some automated tests and it seems to be a very useful tool.

However, my plugin is driven by project category, and as far as I can see, there is no ability to create these via TestKit?  I can see that we can set the Project Category Id of a Project that we create with TestKit, but I can't see how to create a Project Category itself.

I assume I could have some pre-made XML to restore with but I would much rather have the expressiveness of using TestKit Backdoor class.
