Is there any way to suppress Ctrl+B as *strong text* shortcut on Mac?

Takeshi Ohishi August 31, 2018

Since Command+B is already assigned as strong text shortcut, I'd like to suppress Ctrl+B as another strong text shortcut and use it as move backward as many text editors support that way.

Hi Takeshi,

Which product are you referring to, and which version are you running?

I'm sorry that I didn't specify that. It was about JIRA.

Hi Takeshi,

You can try to disable the keyboard shortcuts over all like this:

This won't allow you to disable individual keys and I am not able to confirm whether or not that it would suppress ctrl+b for you but please feel free to try it and let us know if you have any trouble.

Shannon

Looks like this "bug" has been fixed, but thank you!

Takeshi,

Thank you for letting me know! Happy you're able to use it as expected now.
