Issue not found

Hi Guys,

I have two projects (type Business) where I not allowed to log time.

Apparently, the schema and all the configuration are ok, but when a choose an item, go to log work and try to save a work time, I get an error: issue not found.

 

In other words,s Iám able to access the project, chose the issue, specify the work logo but I get the error when trying to save.

Hi Vinícius,

Are you using issue security on the tickets?
If so, please go to the Issue security on the project settings and check if atlassian-addons-project-access has permissions on this issue security.
As the Tempo and other add-ons are part of this role, that would explain why this error appears while logging work, because actually is Tempo that couldn't find the issue and not you that don't have permission.

Hi! It was almost there! 

I've removed the atlassian-addons-project-access from the ability to "browser projects". So, I granted the permission again and it worked! Thanks for the insight!
