Issue with Jira Preview in Slack

After successfully integrating my Slack channel with my team's Jira instance, I am still unable to see Jira previews when mentioning issues within the channel, even though the "preview issues" box is check on my Slack integrations page (please refer to screenshot below). Is there a current workaround for this that anyone may be aware of?

Hey Taylor!

There are two caveats to look for when setting up the issue preview with Slack:

1. The Jira Cloud app needs to be in the Slack channel you're doing your issue mentions in. You can check the member list for the channel to double-check it's there:
   
2. Each project you're trying to mention issues from needs to be configured for the channel. In the screenshot you see, the SD project is configured and will do issue previews. But if someone mentions NK-20 and hadn't configured the NK project separately, there wouldn't be an issue preview.
