Issues with Resolve Resolution Screen

We want to add a screen to a transition so that when the issue is moved to a certain status the "Resolve Issue Screen" opens, the user can select a resolution for the issue and the burndown chart goes down.

This works perfectly as long as the Transition happens inside the same board. But if the transition happens on another board, the Issue gets removed from the Sprint.

We have two boards with those statuses:

• A: Open - To Do - Closed/Ready To Release
• B: Ready To Release - Test - Done

You create the issues on board "A" and the Screen should open whenvthe issue gets moved to Closed or Done. Closed works fine but done doesnt work at all.

How to fix this? And is this even possible?

Hi,

First, boards are just a way to represent results of an issue filter.

Sure, you can interact and amend issues using boards, but only following the issue's original workflow.

I would suggest to take a look at the workflow and make sure that the 'Resolve Issue Screen' is located on both transitions you are talking about.

Board A seems to have a different set of statuses from Board B, hence the different transitions.

Could you post some screenshots of how you have configured each board?
