Hi, Support
Just a quick question, our organization planning to purchase JIRA Core and JIRA Service Desk, we would like to know the best system requirements that fits on our need (see below)
- Can store data (resolved/open) for up to 3 years.
- Users 500
- Monthly Issue more or less 1000
It is hard to say if 500 users will log in and heavily use the system or JIRA will be open for 500 users and only 10-15 at the same time will use it. You can start with minimum requirements and then scale when you see any performance degradation. As a starting point please check this documentation
I think it is possible. Depends on what integration you would like to have and to which direction. JIRA have REST API and Webhooks triggers so you can do something with that.
As for mobile ..
JIRA is viewed on a mobile device via a web interface (optimized for mobile devices), not an app. Simply browse to your JIRA server's URL using your mobile browser to bring up the mobile interface for JIRA.
