I want to display the gadgets from my project dashboard as a slideshow (wallboard view), but currently, it shows multiple gadgets at once. I want to display only one gadget at a time. How can I configure the wallboard view to show only selected gadgets from a specific dashboard, one at a time?

Hi, @Preethi Venkatesan ! 👋

In Jira Data Center, the wallboard rotates gadgets by column - there’s no built-in option to select individual gadgets for display. To show one gadget at a time, create a dashboard with a single-column layout and one gadget per column. Viewing it as a wallboard will then show just one gadget on screen.

Hope this helps! 💙

Hi @Brita Moorus

Thank you so much for your reply. I have tried that as well, but in the wallboard view, the gadgets appear zoomed out and are not displaying properly.

Unfortunately, wallboard view in Jira Data Center isn't very customizable, and many gadgets aren't optimized for full-screen or single-gadget display. That zoomed-out appearance usually happens when the gadget itself doesn't scale responsively or the dashboard layout adds spacing that affects the render in wallboard mode.

You can try out different gadgets and see how they look like. Additionally you can try creating a wallboard with only one column and one gadget. If this still doesn't help, you can also use third-party apps built for wallboards.
