In my email log, I see

Caesium-1-3 ServiceRunner Messaging Error when MailPullerWorker pulls emails from xxx@abc.com: AUTHENTICATE failed.
2018-05-25 10:24:12,068 ERROR [] Caesium-1-4 anonymous Messaging Error when MailPullerWorker pulls emails from xxx@abc.com: AUTHENTICATE failed.

I dont see any info about the xxx@abc.com in JIRA. not a user. It is just an outlook contact card for email. We have some users reporting unable to create tickets from Email and emails are going to junk folders and they need to pull the emails to create the issues. 

In my research, I found 

  1. A default user. This is the reporterusername parameter.
  2. An existing user as the reporter.
  3. The parameter createusers set to true. If external user management is enabled, it must allow user creation.

Any ideas?
