[JIRA] Is there a way to disable the "configure fields" button issue creation

Hi folks,

to me this button is just plain anoying. I often get questions from users that ar missing a field just because they did hide it on some point or another themselfs. The best thing for me would be to disable to button completely.

Is there a way to do so?

If not (what I am guessing) how do you guys cope with that button?

oh thanks, stupid me for not finding this one. An option for configuration would be preffered though. Anyway this one has to go to atlassian.
