Currently we have Jira Software Server version 7.13.0 and Jira data center version 7.13.0, can we upgrade them from 7.13.00 to the latest version 8.3.0 for this security vulnerability? Or we can only upgrade them to 7.13.5?

Hi,

if you have valid maintenace then you can safely upgrade to latest 8.3 version. Only if you have any customizations like groovy scripts then pay attention.

But still - try it first on test environment and make backups/snapshots.
