JIRA Server Maintenance Costs

Hi All - We will not be moving our JIRA server instance to the cloud or data center in 2022 (we'll have to look into it for the future), but I can't find the JIRA server maintenance pricing anywhere on the website since they are trying to sunset it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there no longer a maintenance cost since they are only doing critical security fixes?

Hi @Amber Field,

You can still find renewal pricing in the licensing faq. As @Robert Wen_Cprime_ explains, it remains possible to renew maintenance until February 2nd, 2024.

One thing to keep in mind is that from February 2nd, 2022, you will no longer be able to upgrade/downgrade to a different user tier.

New license sales have been stopped according to this timeline.  You should still be able to buy maintenance until 2024.  Have you looked at https://my.atlassian.com?
