JIRA & TERP mapping

How can I map JIRA & TERP? There is a report 'TERP Report' but it shows data only in JIRA . TERP related columns are blank. I want data in those.

Basically I need to check the resources who book time in TERP but forget to enter time in JIRA.

Also I need to ensure that time booked in JIRA & time booked in TERP match.

I am using JIRA v4.2.2-b589#589

Please help

You need to explain what TERP is, and how it's been integrated into your Jira install (if at all)
