JIRA Vote For Comments plugin: how to enable?

I installed the "JIRA Vote For Comments" plugin but in every issue i can't see the additional buttons.

Note that in my 6.3.15 JIRA environment, the "Vote issue" property is disabled. but I think is not related with the right to like/dislike comments with this plugin...

Anyone can help me?

Solved.... this is not possible to like/unlike own comments!
