When using the addon "Agile Cards" I encounter the following problem when creating a cards PDF

Steps:

  1. Agile --> Scrum board: PLAN
  2. Press the PRINTER button (Agile Cards (PDF) - Print sprint issues)

This does not occur on a different project with a kanban view.

Anyone any idea what the cause might be?

  • JIRA 5.1.4
  • Agile Cards 2.1.1

Lucas,

You are running Jira 5.1.4 which is not compatible with Agile Cards from Spartez.

Have you tried to contact Spartez (mail@spartez.com)?

I would suggest you to get their support on this case. Also how did you get the version 2.1.1?

Thanks Thiago, I installed the plugin via the marketplace I believe, after I upgraded JIRA. Will contact Spartez support
