Hi,

We manage our JIRA authentication with LDAP in Crowd. I changed one of the user email address in our LDAP account, and it got syncronized with crowd but not in JIRA. I manually tried to syc under Jira user directory but it not working (still showing the old email address in jira).

We also manage other application under our crowd server, and if i change any of the group/application under the same user account in crowd and syc under JIRA, then it works (shows the group list that user belongs to).

I dont why only the email address is not sycing with JIRA. Please help!

Hi Chris, it's possible that some cache is holding this information. One thing you could do is login in JIRA with an internal administrator, disable the Crowd directory, enable it again and trigger another synchronization. This would force the cache to be flushed and possibly update the email information.

Cheers
