JIRA cloud create (c) and search (/) shortcuts no longer working

I noticed recently that in our JIRA cloud application that the create and search shortcuts have stopped working.

We verified this on several browsers as well as the Mac and PC platforms.

Can anybody else verify the non functionality of these two shortcuts?

I can confirm these shortcuts do work for me as expected.

• Are you using the new Cloud experience?
• How many users have reported this behavior?
• What is your Cloud URL?

Let me know the answers to the above questions and I'll investigate on the backend.

• I will need to check with our other users as to whether or not they are having issues.

Interestingly enough both the create and search shortcuts work in Confluence. Not sure if that is particularly meaningful to you.
