Hi,

my colleagues are not able to change their default JIRA avatar, is it possible to set them one as admin? I would set them image of unpopular politician or Justin Bieber or something. That would force them to pick one. Is it possible?

Following the link provided by Nitram, to answer your question, yes you can change the avatar of the user as an Administrator user while viewing their profile.
