JIRA log

Frank June 12, 2018

Until last week I used to jira-atlassian.log, jira-atlassian.log1, jira-atlassian.log3,jira-atlassian.log4 so on in JIRA server. Now I see only jira-atlassian.log. I assume this might be the reason I am unable to access log analyzer in JIRA?

Hello,

It can not be a reason. jira-atlassian.log1 and so on are just archives of the Atlassian-jira.log. They are not necessary for log analyzer to work. What is the error in the log analyser?

I think somebody created a job in the operating system, where your Jira instance runs. And this job cleans the files.

The other way would be to change to log4j.properties file, which is situated in Jira installation folder.
