JIRA's base URL is set to undefined but you are accessing JIRA from ...

I am running JIRA Software server version 7.8.0.

This issue has only appeared since we updated to version 7.8.

I use a filter to display a list of issues (in this case it is a list of issues assigned to a person in a specified project).

I click on "Export", "Printable" to create a printout of this list.

I then see the following warning:

JIRA warning Base URL.PNG

I have checked in  system info and that shows that the base URL is set to http://jira.microcoin.com:8080 which is correct.

I still get the printout once I clear the warning so this is an annoyance rather than critical. Any suggestions please?

Hi Steve,

Sounds like a bug reported here -- JRASERVER-66757.

Regards,

Kelly

Thanks - I assumed it was just an error/typo in our set up but it seems it is a bug in JIRA. (Sorry - I mean a feature that will not be supported in the next release of JIRA!)
