JIRA slow - Error found

Seeing an error every minute or so;

2019-01-14 22:02:13,685 Caesium-1-3 ERROR ServiceRunner [c.a.s.caesium.impl.SchedulerQueueWorker] Unhandled exception thrown by job QueuedJob[jobId=sd.custom.notification.batch.send,deadline=1547503325717]

Then a corresponding…

 java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Restart fixes the issue temporarily. Does anyone have any ideas about this error and what it could be?
