Hi,
We are testing Atlassian Access, and the agent part is working just fine. I am just wondering about customers. I tested a customer and the SSO would not be recognized. JSD cloud would just try to auth to itself and not pass it onto Azure SSO...
The docs mention:
5. Are Jira Service Desk customers billable?
No, Jira Service Desk customers that submit tickets are not counted toward the Atlassian Access bill. Only Jira Service Desk Agents that log in using an Atlassian Access managed account are counted in Atlassian Access.
But, how can we have customer using SSO??
Will i have to convert all JSD customer accounts to Atlassian accounts without any application access??? Seems a bit counter productive...
Thanks
Hi Romer,
Currently, it's not possible to use SSO for customers in the customer portal.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
The workaround, for now, is the one you mentioned, convert the customers to Atlassian account without application access.
Regards,
Angélica
