JWT: Possible to add a condition based on a custom field in an Epic

Wes September 6, 2019

Using JIRA Workflow Toolbox, is it possible to add a condition based on a custom field in an Epic?

I'd like to have a condition on a transition only show up if the current user = user in a field at the Epic level. I can't seem to figure this out.

Hi @Wes ,

please add a Boolean Condition using the following expression:

toString(fieldValue(%{nnnnn},epic())) = %{00020}

Replace nnnnn with the field code of your user picker - assuming it's a single user picker. 00020 represents the current user.

Please let me know if that solves your problem.

Hi Wes,

Thanks for the feedback. Would you please be so kind and mark my answer as correct?
