Jira DC and Qase integration

Hi.

We used Jira Data Center and we want to integrate with Qase.

We have some problems: 1 user must have admin roles in two apps, but it is impossible because in Qase every admin role is payment.

Maybe who knows the other solution?

I'm afraid the way Qase works means that you have to have that administrative user.  You will have to add one.
