I'm having the same issue for over a week now. I removed the add-in and added back, but still stuck in loading when I launch it. I tried the suggestion
"Please, go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps and click on Revoke next to the add-on under Third Party Account access."
but on that link, it is empty under the Third Party Account access, which is maybe the problem. This has been working for me for about 2 months before this happened. I work over a VPN but also using JIRA cloud, tried every possible variations of getting this sorted, with no luck. I suspect our IT department might have made a change. I just never get a prompt to re-authenticate..
