I am using jira service desk and Jira Software cloud.
I am the Admin. I need to make sure some of the users are not in Jira Service Desk and they are not billed. How do I do that?
the easiest way to check who has JSD access and hence which user count against billing is to go to Jira settings > User management and filter of service desk users that are active
Yes. But When I am removing an user as an admin from Jira Service Desk , He is also being removed from Jira Software Cloud. Why this is happening?
Note : I am using the same profile use jira software projects and jira Service cloud Projects. Is that creating this issue? Do I need to have a different portal for Jira Service Desk?
