Jira admin operations

Hi All. I want to learn jira admin operations to understand jira installations,greenhopper,fisheye prodcuts. I do have basic jira admin knowledge however i wanna learn complete E2E installation,customization, how to add pluggins etc.please let me know if there any trainings being conducted i would like to join and learn.
