I've used portecle as advised by Atlassian to create a keytool and generate its csr. But I submitted the file to my CA, they've given the certificates in .pem. The certificate were imported successfully but when loading Jira, it continue to display the URL as Not secure.
Can someone please advise on what could be the issue.
Are you using any reverse proxy solution?, if so, which one?.
Do you have tweaked the connectors from server.xml file?, do you have updated Jira's base URL?, do you have any redirect/rewrite directive for HTTP>>HTTPS?.
If possible, let us know the URL of the procedure followed by you in order to run Jira over SSL.
