Jira component watcher

Hello

We suddenly noticed that JIRA Component Watcher is messing up with a project's notification. As an Admin and on the project's administration vie the notificatiion remains empty.

It happens wit JIRA version (v6.3.3#6331-sha1:d919e5c) and Addon version 2.3.5  and JIRA version 6.4.2 and Addon version latest version.
