Hello everybody.
I have a requirement on which I didn't yet found a solution.
The goal is to have a ticket status change when a value in a custom field (Insight type or not, whatever) is updated from an external source.
--> ticket creation
---> mail send
---> external update of a Jira field value
when opening ticket, the goal is the status is changed (i.e wait for validation -> validated), but without clicking on the button.
I set up transition between "wait for validation" and validated status, with condition on custom field value but nothing happen when opening ticket.
I try to configure a event listener, but "Open ticket" is not present. Is there a way to make Jira understanding that the current ticket has been updated since last opening ?
Hope to be clear.
Regards,
Xavier
