Jira is not talking to crowd

Hi Team,

 

I did the installation of a crowd and integrated it with the Jira, confluence, and bitbucket.

 

But when I log in to all the applications confluence and bitbucket is working bit Jira is not working.

 

logs saying credentials issues.

 

trying from the last 4 days but I was not able to find the solution.

 

Can someone please help me with this.

  • Are you able to login with an internal Jira user (non-Crowd) in Jira?
  • Does the sync between Jira and Crowd work?
  • What is the exact error message in the logs?
