Jira showing wrong Pull Request info

We are running Jira 7.2.1 on centos 6,

we have an application link to our Bitbucket intance (v 5.5), and its working ok so far. 

One of recent Jira tickets is now showing incorrect Bitbucket information, its showing 2 PRs as "Open", when in reality that repository has 1 PR open, also clicking on the 2 PRs Open link, shows no Open PRs at all.

clickon on the 2 PRs "Open" link shows all our PRs which are all merged (it should only be showing PRs related to the Jira ticket)

It looks like something is getting cached on Jira side, but I dont see anything in logs for this. Is there an application link cache? Anyway to troubleshoot this?
