Jira ticket and Confluence doc versions

Is it possible to link to a specific version of a jira ticket and a Confluence document? I have tickets that relate to documents. The document may be changed by somebody, but that ticket still applies to the state of the document when it was written. Same goes for documents to tickets, documents to documents, and tickets to tickets.

For managing versions in confluence you would need this plugin

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210818/scroll-versions-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview

Basically confluence has version history of pages but wihtout an plugin you won't be able to easily manage version especially since you have to add jira tickets to specific versions of confluence

Is there a similar plugin for Jira tickets?

Purpose of Jira is to track projects and currently there is no way to "version" individual tickets. You can use "fixVersions" across group of tickets and then release them via the project admin panel. But individual tickets are made up of fields and fields are editable and thus you can' version the content of the fields instead while issue could be released while being mapped to a fixVersion.
