Jira workflow validator: Require one field based off of data in another

I am looking for a way to require a field in the workflow.

Example, if field Failed Samples = Yes, then field CCO-CCO Review is required before you can transition issue to Closed.

I have JSU Automation Suite for Jira. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately JSU does not offer conditional validation for Field required validator. Also, you can try our JMWE app which offers a conditional validation to meet this kind of requirement.
