The user logged 2hours work effort and it disappeared. There's not any information in the issue history and work log record. Is there any possibility? The reason why we are sure the user has logged the work effort is we have integration with other platform. Any Jira issue worklog update will be sent to that platform by Webhook. I can see the record in that platform but there's nothing in the Jira ticket. The only related issue history information is like:
