Jira would suddenly stop while starting up.

The logs show an error:
2020-01-11 09:22:47,912 http-nio-8080-exec-2 ERROR anonymous 562x4x1 - 63.143.42.249,0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 / [c.atlassian.instrumentation.Instrument] Unable to snapshot thread local operations (implementation of OpTimerFactory is not a ThreadLocalOpTimerFactory): null

Have anybody encountered this issue already?
I been searching for that error online and had not found a solution yet.

IF you had encountered this issue, I would really appreciate it if you could help me out here.

Do you find any other errors in the log file?
