Hello,
I am trying to jmx live monitoring Jira server which is installed on my local machine.
when i did this by using Jconsole got an error:
"non-JRMP server at remote endpoint "
Is there any way to jira live monitor?
Thanks,
Jeevan
Hi,
I have pasted this code in setenv file and restarted my jira:
CATALINA_OPTS="${GC_JVM_PARAMETERS} ${CATALINA_OPTS} -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=8099 -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.local.only=false -Djava.rmi.server.hostname=18.2*2.**.**"
And "jconsole 18.2*2.**.**:8099" in terminal
that's it...
Cheers,
Jeevan
Hi @jeevan empati,
did you enable JMX monitoring in Jira ? You can check out this page for information on how to do this.
