Kanban Backlog - ranking subtasks

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I there any possiblity to move tasks with subtasks in kanban backlog?
Tasks current status is not connected with backlog column, that's why there are dimmed.
Subtasks statuses are on NEW. and they're landing in the backlog.
But the are no-movable.
