Kanban board - issues not assigned to columns

Karol Szacki December 2, 2019 edited

kanban.png I have encountered weird problem with my Kanban board.

My kanban gathers issues from two projects. Works perfect on my admin account and on some other users (mainly project Admin accounts) but other project user get something like this (screen attached).

Some tickets (subtasks) are not assigned correctly to proper columns (according to statuses). They just occupy whole board width! and seem not to be correctly attached to Swimlanes because I cannot fold (hide) them together with other Swimlane tasks.

The same tickets are assigned correctly when Kanban board is loaded on my jira account...

Any ideas? :-) Please help

Karol

I use JIRA 8.1.0

Very strange - I'd suggest re-indexing your Jira instance to see if the problem resolves itself.

Karol Szacki December 5, 2019

Re-indexing  didn't help, It was identified as a bug by Atlassian.

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-20118

It has been fixed in Jira 8.4.2 so I need to upgrade my 8.1 :)

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
