'Korean' entered in Jira custom fields is broken.

'mysql' Specific 'fields' have 'Korean' (below)

I entered this 'Korean' into 'Jira custom fields' using 'Jira REST API'.

As a result, 'Korean' is broken. (Below)

Let me know why and how to fix it.
