Hello,

We have a problem we never encounter before. All the plugin (legacy portlet) does not load. They does not show up in the add portlet.

When people have them on their dashboard they have a

Error loading gadget: org.apache.shindig.gadgets.GadgetException: Unable to retrieve gadget xml. HTTP error 503

Any idea why I would have gotten this ? (not after a upgrade was already on 4.2.4)

Thanks

Martin

Which version of JIRA are you using? Portlets are not supported with JIRA 5 anymore, as per the release notes. If you are looking to move towards JIRA 5, I recommend reading Preparing for JIRA 5.0. If you haven't moved to JIRA 5 yet, are you using a reverse proxy?

Hello actually its gadget sorry. Its the atlassian gadget also all the one with (legacy).

We are using 4.2.4 and cannot upgrade at the moments. They were loading fine in the past I was wondering what was the error 503. I didn't find it on atlassian docs
