Hi all, hope you can help me restricting access to tickets in the following way:
When creating the custom role I could restrict different aspect of the work, but I couldn't find a way to restrict the view access.
Do you know if [a] it's possible to implement this level of restriction in NextGen and [b] if yes, how can I do it?

I'm sorry, but team-managed (next-gen) projects do not (yet) have any visibility type restrictions. If someone can see the project, they can see all the issues in it.
Company managed projects can do what you're asking with their "issue security" functions. I don't know if that will make it into team-managed projects, and if it might, what shape it might take.
Thanks @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- I'm looking into the company managed solutions and was hoping to get it setup on a team-managed project to keep the overall management of the board more agile.
Hopefully this feature end up on team-managed projects in the future.
