Link google apps to Jira standalone

Reinder Otter January 19, 2014

I'd like to have a (more) direct link between google apps (e.g. docs) and Jira, but this only seems possible with Jira OnDemand? How can I do this through a local Jira install?

I think you want this - http://www.appfusions.com/display/GAPPSAUTHJ/Home

Here's a video. Also supports 2-step authentication, multiple google domains, JIRA groups, etc. It incorporates Google's latest and most secure authentication protocol, released early summer 2014 (via Google). This authenticator has been updated since. (There is also one for Confluence too.)
