Linking Crucible with Jira

I have some issues when linking Crucible and Jira:

1. When I link an existing Jira issue to a new code review, I see the Jira task. However, I do not see the Code Review link in Jira. Is this intended?

2. When I try to open a new Jira sub-task from a code review comment, I am get a pop-up window prompting me to open a sub-task, but when I push Create I get the following error:

On the first question, try in JIRA Administrations > FishEye Configurations > set the Review Search Method to "Both".
