I've recently set up a test server for my JIRA environment and now I'm trying to link the test and production versions.
Communication seems to be working from Test to Prod, but not from Prod to Test. I get an error saying, "No response received from the URL you entered". The test URL is http://servername:8080. It is accessible via webpage from the production server (local firewall opened for TCP on ports 80, 443 and 8080). Neither instance uses SSL, as both servers are set up for internal access only. The connectors defined in the test and prod server.xml files appear to be identical.
Where do I go from here?
