Lock all users out of Jira

Tim Deardeuff July 17, 2018

As I upgrade Jira I want to be able to lock all users (but me) out so I can get a clean backup before upgrading. Is there a way to do it?

Hey Tim,

Make sure you remove all Groups from Application Access except for Jira-administrators in which you would be there and revert back the changes.

Thanks

when you say revert back the changes, are you saying to add them back to the group(s)? Or is there an "undelete" type of thing. I have 370 users I'd have to add back in.

It should be groups if synced across AD/Jira internal directory (like Jira-users etc)
