Mail enabled for only my user in Test environment

Hi,

In my test environment, all email has been disabled as per recommended by adding the following to the start up options:

-Datlassian.mail.senddisabled
-Datlassian.mail.fetchdisabled
-Datlassian.mail.popdisabled

This has been fine up until now.

I need to test some addons that has to send an email to enable me to test it, so therefore im wondering is it possible to keep mail disabled in my testenvironment for everyone except my own user?

Hi @Stian Bentsen Sveen ,

Unfortunately not. An option would be to use empty notification schemes in the test environment.

Hi Edwin, thanks for the reply, I havent been able to check it out until now.

So, if I use a notification scheme with only my own user added, that will not generate any emails from JIRA except things regarding my user?

What about the Service Desk since that uses its own notification and not the "native" JIRA notification scheme?
