Make Custom Field available in new Projects

Hi everybody,

I added a custom field in JIRA. Lets assume its is called "Stakeholders". I managed to add this attribute to existing projects and their screens. So when creating an issue no matter what issue type Stakeholders is part of the screen.

What I didn't find out and my research revealed no clue is, how to add Stakeholders also to newly created projects without changing the screens again and again. Is it possible to make this attribute part of a "template" or "scheme".  Maybe it is expected to just work out of the box and I'm missing something?

Any help / advice greatly appreciated.

In the "Create project" screen, you should use "Create with shared configuration" in order to use the same configuration of an existing project, instead of using a template.
