Managing customers by rate/position

Max June 29, 2017 edited

Hi,

Currently we manage issues that are related to customers by selecting the customer from a drop down list.

In paralel we have a external list that rates the customers.

We made pre set filters for "top 10,20,50" but we want to avoid managing those hardcoded filetrs so we are looking for a way to manage the customers + their "position/rate" in jira in a way that we would be able to query things like "all issues for the top 20 customers".

In general we need the customers to have 2 values [Customer name,Position/rate]

Do you have any suggestions or best practices for that?

Thanks in advance,

Max.
