Migrate Jira/Confluence in domain to another Jira/Confluence another domain

Hi

we have a project where with two different domains, one domain abc.com and another domain qwe.com. domain abc.com have jira and confluence DB on oracle, domain qwe.com have jira and confluence DB on SQL. we need to migrate jira/confluence from qwe.com to abc.com
