Migrating Confluence or JIRA users by database query

I would like create a confluence which display a table of JIRA query breaking down by users' id.  Here's a rough sketch

  Name    |   JIRA Ticket

  User_A       10

  User_B        5

   User_C       20

   User_D      1

When click on the number, a list of ticket that's belong to the specific user is opened. Could you please provide me direction or a tutorial link on how to achieve this?  Thank you.
